The vision
Our vision is to create a stunning destination for South Molton and all of North Devon. Building within the landscape we want to showcase a modern approach to working with nature. A development that minimally impacts and enhances the natural surroundings, with environmental responsibility at its core, from the green roof, to the solar power.
We want to create an enjoyable horticultural experience for the local community, providing everything they need to go home and develop their own natural space.

Stocked with produce from our own kitchen garden and delicious food sourced from local businesses and farms, such as Porlock Weir Farm and Black Dog Eggs.
Farm Shop
All the supplies you need for better eating, with products sourced from the local area.
Garden Centre
Discover a haven for garden lovers with a variety of plants, trees, shrubs and flowers, plus quality tools, pots, and gifts. You’ll find everything you need to create your perfect outdoor space and grow something beautiful.
Green roof
The building structure is designed to support 150mm of soil on the roof so we can have a true green roof, giving us the opportunity to grow not only grasses but also seasonal flowers.
